Flashcom network connection process is very easy. Now that you are a part of our network, using our service is a simple step-by-step procedure.

Making Calls on your Flashcom phone

To call a Flashcom Number
Phone Number - 3000000
Just dial the number directly from your phone.


International Calls
Press 888 followed by the country code then the number of the desired destinatio
i.e. 888 256 123469
Press the call button on your phone


Landline call within Nairobi
Press 020 then the destination number of the call
Press the call button on your phone
i.e. 020 123456


To call a Flashcom Number from another network
Phone Number -3000000
Dial 020 followed by the desired destination
i.e. 020 3 000 000


To call outside Nairobi (e.g. Mombasa)
Area Code - 041
Phone Number -123456
Press 020 then the destination number of the call
Press the call button on your phone
i.e. 041 123456


How to Recharge / Top-up your phone
To recharge your Flashcom prepaid account, you:
Scratch the foil to display 12-digit recharge number.
Call 111 and follow the instructions.
Enter 12-digit recharge number and press #.
* Please ensure you have punched in the correct number.
You will then get a voice message confirming your new balance and expiry date.


How to check credit balance
Dial 111
Follow instructions, press 2
Listen to the voice prompt, confirming your credit balance.
