Flashcom launches ISDN services November 13 2008

Describing the new service, Joe Kimani, the operator's CEO, said, "ISDN is a digital solution targeted to Small & Medium Enterprises (SME's) and Corporate Clients looking for quality voice telephony services".
Key benefits of the service include high digital end-to-end service, caller Identification and call forwarding. Another key benefit is the ability to have up to 30 different numbers on a single ISDN connection, thus ensuring lower monthly access fees.
"We are also providing the most competitive calling rates which will ensure our client have the opportunity to make calls without worrying about costs." Said the CEO.
"Each ISDN connection will provide a customer with 30 virtual channels, these lines can be used as extensions within the office or to other branch networks that they have". He added that with the ISDN service, the customer will enjoy clearer voice service plus more reliable connectivity."
He further added that the key mission of the organization is to provide affordable telecommunication service to the customers. "We have been able to successfully innovate in line with our strategy to continuously offer real value to the market, with the launch of this service Flashcom is increasing its product offering targeted at the Enterprise segment."

This move follows the Company's June 2008 launch of the Kshs 40/- per day unlimited talk tariff which continues to be a big success for the company.
"We also offer the lowest international calling rates allowing customers to comfortably call locations such as the UK, USA, Canada, for as little as Kshs 10/-.
The main aim of these attractive tariffs is to provide an opportunity for our subscribers to talk endlessly and encourage SME's and Corporate to run their operation affordably" said the CEO.

In addition, the Mr. Kimani assured the market that the Company will continue to offer innovative products to ensure the its clients continue to derive in voice and internet connectivity.
